Job summary

DigiStor in Ireland is seeking a Field Engineer, EMEA to act as the primary technical resource supporting two EMEA Sales Representatives. You will lead pre-sales activities, design secure-storage solutions, and demonstrate integration with Dell Technologies and HP/HPE platforms.

You will collaborate with customers, channel partners, and engineering teams to remove technical barriers, qualify opportunities, and drive deployments across storage, security, and edge environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as Field Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise storage and security concepts.
• Experience communicating with architects and decision-makers.
• Fluent English, willing to travel across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and understand requirements.
• Design and present DigiStor solutions for Dell Technologies and HP/HPE platforms.
• Coordinate platform validation and interoperability across devices and environments.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, and tender responses with technical input.
• Enable partners with technical training, guides, and reference architectures.
• Ensure clear customer communication through resolution and handover to engineering.
