Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced External Talent Strategy Lead for the EMEA region. You will shape strategy across Contractors, Recruitment, Services, Gig work, Job Boards, and Talent Services, partnering with Procurement, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Leadership.

The role emphasizes strategic initiatives, supplier management, analytics-led decision making, and workforce solutions to access and manage external talent effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement, Workforce Strategy, Talent Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Staffing or related strategic function.
• Experience operating in a global or regional matrix organization.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and strategic program leadership.
• Experience with strategic sourcing and RFP management.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
• Vendor performance management and commercial negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, evolve, and support the implementation of the External Talent strategy for EMEA.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional and global stakeholders to support workforce and supplier strategies.
• Lead initiatives focused on vendor management, talent acquisition channels, workforce innovation, and operational excellence.
• Monitor supplier performance, contract coverage, spend analytics, and reporting for optimization opportunities.
• Drive supplier selection, sourcing events, and strategic negotiations with global/regional providers.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics for decision making.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and local regulations.
• Foster collaboration across the External Talent community through knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement.
