Job summary

ThreatLocker Inc. is seeking motivated Account Executives in Ireland to drive growth across existing customers and new prospects within the EMEA region. You will prospect daily, make cold calls, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, with travel for onboarding.

The role offers a base salary of €38,000–€42,000 annually, with commissions for SDRs and 10% commission for YR1 deals for AEs, plus uncapped commissions on multi-year deals. Office-based in Blanchardstown, Dublin.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; sociable and able to build trust quickly.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-focused roles preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new opportunities through phone, email, social, and in-person networking.
• Manage the full sales cycle: pipeline development, discovery, solution presentation with a technical engineer, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts within our CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with ThreatLocker partners to drive growth and expand recurring revenue opportunities.
• Professionally represent ThreatLocker at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to engage prospects, build relationships, and expand market presence.
• Share market feedback with sales leadership and marketing to refine messaging and strategy.
