Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Employee Assistance Manager for the EMEA region based in Dublin to lead regional employee support during incidents, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive crisis management efforts.

The role requires collaboration with HR, Legal, Workplace, Travel, and medical partners, plus managing program metrics and executive reporting. On-call availability and a track record in security or crisis management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Corporate Security, Crisis Management, Employee Assistance, Emergency Management, or Risk Management.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and respond outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional employee assistance efforts during security incidents, natural disasters, political unrest, and other disruptive events.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, Workplace, Travel, and Medical Assistance providers to support affected employees.
• Track employee welfare and provide regular situation updates to leadership.
• Develop and maintain regional employee assistance procedures, playbooks, and metrics.
• Prepare executive-level reports consolidating data for leadership.
