Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Behavioural Threat Manager (EMEA) based in Dublin to lead behavioural threat responses and BTAM governance across the EMEA region. You will coordinate with Employee Relations, HR, Legal and Workplace teams, acting as the subject‑matter expert to guide investigations and training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioural Science, Security & Safety Management, Occupational Health, or related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience in emergency response, workplace violence prevention, and/or BTAM.
• Experience with HR, Employee Relations, Legal and Workplace teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for behavioural threat escalations across the EMEA region.
• Lead multi-stakeholder threat investigations and BTAT governance.
• Design and deliver BTAM training programmes for stakeholders and people managers.
• Maintain relationships with cross-functional partners and external experts.
• Ensure responses align with Accenture policies and local regulations.
