Notion is seeking an exceptional marketing leader to drive growth across the EMEA region. You will lead a multidisciplinary marketing team spanning digital, demand, content, and campaigns, owning end-to-end regional narratives and measurement across markets.

With 12+ years in B2B marketing, you will shape messaging, accelerate demand, and partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Country teams. This role envisions a high-impact, cross-market strategy and an emphasis on AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing with content/narrative and demand ownership.
• Proven people leadership and team development.
• Narrative and content mastery with scalable toolkits.
• Demand generation across paid, email, webinars, and outbound.
• AI fluency and ability to build AI-enabled workflows.
• Knowledge of multi-market programs across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across digital, demand, content, and campaigns.
• Own the EMEA content and campaign narrative.
• Develop modular messaging and content assets for multi-market use.
• Lead regional demand generation and connect programmes to pipeline.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Country teams to ensure consistent storytelling.
• Plan market launches and flagship regional campaigns with aligned assets.
• Scale with AI by building workflows for research, drafting, localisation, and iteration.
• Measure funnel performance and report on insights with recommendations.
