EMEA Data Center White Space Product Manager

Job summary

Eaton is looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of the White Space portfolio across EMEA and North America. You will define product requirements, drive profitable growth and work with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations to deliver innovative data-center solutions.

The role covers IT racks, PDUs, containment, PODs, modular infrastructure and related software, with a global scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Business Development.
• Experience within the Data Center industry.
• Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with White Space solutions (racks, rack PDUs, containment, PODs, modular infrastructure or similar technologies) is highly desirable.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization.
• Fluent English required.

• Own product profitability and support pricing strategy.
• Gather customer insights and monitor market trends.
