Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of the White Space portfolio across EMEA. You will identify market opportunities, define product requirements and work with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams worldwide to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities include defining strategy, managing profitability, gathering customer insights, and partnering with global teams to deliver innovative Data Center infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Business Development.
• Experience within the Data Center industry.
• Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with White Space solutions (racks, rack PDUs, containment, PODs, modular infrastructure or similar technologies).
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization.
• Fluent English required.
