Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Technology Sr. Manager, EMEA Commercial (IT) in Ringaskiddy, Ireland. The role leads the IT strategy for commercial growth across the EMEA region and partners with regional leaders to translate business goals into scalable, compliant technology solutions.

You will oversee CRM, analytics, pricing, trade, and customer engagement platforms, manage IT programs, develop teams, and ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance across solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive IT experience with leadership in commercial or customer-facing functions.
• Experience delivering large-scale IT solutions regionally or globally.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
• Proven people leadership including coaching and performance management.
• Solid data, analytics and digital technologies supporting commercial excellence.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with strong compliance and security requirements.
• Experience supporting MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences commercial organizations.
• Exposure to EMEA regional business models; transformation or separation initiatives.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and modern product-centric IT operating models.
• Language: Fluency in English; additional European languages preferred.
• Travel: Up to 20-30% regional travel across EMEA.
• Certifications: IT leadership, cloud, or project management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EMEA Commercial IT strategy aligned with regional and global IT standards.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Finance to deliver tech solutions.
• Oversee delivery and optimization of CRM, analytics, pricing, trade, and engagement tools.
• Manage IT projects and programs with on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable value.
• Lead and develop internal teams and external partners; foster high-performance culture.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance across IT solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and simplification of commercial processes via technology.
• Act as regional stakeholder in global IT governance, roadmap planning, vendor mgmt.
