Job summary

Harvey, Inc. in Dublin is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its legal team. Reporting to the Head of EMEA Legal in London, you will help ensure fast and efficient execution of customer contracts for our Generative AI platform.

This is a hands-on role at a fast-moving startup shaping the future of professional services. You will draft and negotiate commercial AI SaaS agreements, help scale the legal function across the EMEA region, and collaborate with GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 2+ years PQE in commercial or technology law.
• Experience with SaaS contracts and technology Go-To-Market teams is a plus.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate Commercial AI SaaS contracts
• Help establish the legal function in the EMEA region, reporting to London office
• Handle other legal issues as they arise
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market and business teams to align legal strategy
