Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Distributor Manager - Channel Excellence EMEA to translate channel priorities into scalable governance, processes and tools. You will manage distributor identification, onboarding, governance, KPI tracking, and cross‑functional collaboration across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, cross‑functional partnerships, and data‑driven decisions to optimize distributor performance and portfolio evolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–12 years of related experience at this level.
• Graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate EMEA channel priorities into operating processes, governance routines, and partner tools.
• Oversee distributor identification, evaluation, onboarding, and approval across markets.
• Design scalable playbooks, onboarding checklists, templates and governance calendars.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Analytics and country teams to remove blockers.
• Track KPI performance, distributor capability, contract adherence, and compliance metrics.
• Coordinate issue tracking, escalation paths, training needs, and system access.
• Provide analytics and recommendations for distributor portfolio evolution.
