Johnson & Johnson's Orthopaedics franchise is recruiting a Finance Manager to support the EMEA Supply Chain Organization. The preferred locations are Switzerland or Ireland, with Cork, Ireland and Zug, Switzerland as key sites.

The role will join the EMEA CapEx & Inventory team, reporting to the Senior Manager and focusing on cash flow, governance, and capital planning in a cross-functional, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of financial business partnering experience.
• 0
• Knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and US GAAP procedures.
• Proven ability to influence decisions through data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to manage CapEx, Inventory, and E&O per regional strategy.
• Lead planning for CapEx, Inventory, and E&O with global and regional teams.
• Translate regional targets into executable market plans.
• Drive local market accountability and ensure cross-market collaboration.
• Lead reviews of results with regional and global partners.
• Analyze working capital performance and report to franchise teams.
• Contribute to cost and cash flow optimization initiatives.
• Build an analytics framework for ROI on working capital investments.
