Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of embedded software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with ARM-based embedded systems and Linux OS.
• Expertise in Linux Kernel, Zephyr, and device driver development.
• Experience developing and debugging embedded software on ARM, Linux, Zephyr, and DSP platforms.
• Good understanding of embedded power and performance optimization.
• Experience with PipeWire, ALSA, or similar multimedia/audio frameworks.
• Understanding of audio signal processing fundamentals.
• Experience with audio use cases such as playback, recording, voice activation, voice calls, and context detection.
• Knowledge of audio interfaces including I2S, TDM, and SoundWire.
• Experience developing drivers for audio peripherals such as CODECs, speaker amplifiers, and digital microphones.
• Active contributor or maintainer of open-source projects such as Linux, Zephyr, ALSA, PipeWire, or similar.
• Understanding of open-source development, community engagement, and upstream contribution workflows.
• Experience working across both open-source development and commercial product environments is highly desirable.
