Job summary

Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel in Dublin is seeking an experienced Concierge to join our luxury front desk team. You will assist guests with dining or event reservations, transportation, and local recommendations, delivering a personalised and seamless experience.

Must be a Les Clefs d'Or member and have the right to work in Ireland. You will coordinate with departments, support reception during peak times, and help maintain LQA standards while ensuring impeccable guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel concierge or guest services.
• Must be a Les Clefs d'Or member.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain concierge knowledge for the front office team.
• Coordinate with hotel suppliers per SOP.
• Deliver an outstanding luxury concierge experience.
• Support guest services to meet LQA standards.
• Assist guests with reservations, transport and local recommendations.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests across departments.
• Assist with valet parking and luggage handling.
• Support reception during peak times for check-ins/outs.
• Update guest reservations in the PMS.
• Communicate city events and attractions to guests.
