Job summary

InnaLabs in Ireland seeks a Test Technician Level 1 to support the testing and repair of electronic products, ensuring conformity to specifications and quality standards. You will work within the production team, perform fault finding, and help maintain calibration and test records.

The role requires a hands-on self-starter with at least two years of experience, the ability to learn quickly, and adherence to ISO, ESD and cleanroom procedures.

Qualifications

• Two years of effective experience at Test Technician Level 1.
• Strong ability to fault-find and repair electronics promptly.
• Adherence to Training Regime to achieve fully trained standard across operations.
• Aim for zero major non-conformances and minimal minor observations within a year.

Responsibilities

• Test, repair and analysis of products using approved specifications.
• Maintain status of all units under responsibility and fault-find to improve yield.
• Assist in timely production schedules.
• Comply with ISO, ESD, and Cleanroom protocols.
• Maintain test records and calibration of equipment.
• Support other technicians and resolve complex problems.
