Job summary

InnaLabs in Ireland is seeking a Product Assurance Engineer to lead quality activities across project teams. You will act as the main contact for PA matters, generate documentation, and ensure compliance with customer requirements and project PA needs.

The ideal candidate has a manufacturing background with electrical or mechanical systems experience, strong English skills, and the ability to coordinate PA reviews and audits throughout project milestones. Dublin commutable location preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Based in, or willing to relocate to a commutable distance of Dublin.
• 2+ years experience in a similar Product Assurance position.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all project related quality matters.
• Generate and maintain PA related documentation and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with the company quality policy and PA requirements.
• Convene and chair PA reviews for key project milestones.
• Manage non-conformances and disposition reviews.
• Generate and update quality procedures and establish configuration lists.
• Ensure changes are traceable throughout design and implementation.
• Perform hardware inspections and complete quality inspection reports.
• Host customer visits and quality audits.
