Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for an electronics manufacturing environment in Ireland. You will develop relationships with internal customers, coordinate design activity across sites, and lead product development from introduction through after-market support.

Responsibilities include managing production prep, procurement, and licensing compliance, while monitoring costs and KPIs and driving corrective actions. Travel to Europe, Asia, and the US may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree or 5–10 years of electronics PM experience.
• Courses in business, general management, project management, or leadership skills are a plus.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with internal customers and advocate for their needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional design activity locally and remotely.
• Lead new product development, introduction, and production prep.
• Monitor costs, schedules, KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Communicate program status and generate reports to site functions.
