Job summary

Moog Ireland is seeking a Program Manager to join our electronics manufacturing and design facility in Cork. You will lead production preparation, procure materials, and align resources to support new product introductions across multiple programs.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or equivalent with 5–10 years of electronics and project management experience, and the ability to coordinate geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent with 5–10 years electronics PM experience.
  • Experience leading geographically spread multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of electronics production processes and product development cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee production preparation, coordinating product introduction and material/resource planning.
  • Develop and manage product introduction plans, phase in/out plans for related products.
  • Input planning for sales and demand in relation to the program portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with product licensing regulations as applicable.
  • Cover lifecycle of each program including obsolescence planning and aftermarket support.
  • Monitor program progress, costs and schedules for New Product Introduction programs.
  • Communicate significant changes in program status to stakeholders.
  • Initiate corrective actions to ensure plans are achieved and KPIs met.
  • Report on program KPIs and status to management and cross-site teams.
  • Contribute to Moog Ireland Program Management through meetings, reporting, and collaboration.
