Job summary

QCS Staffing is seeking an Electronic Security Design Engineer for a remote Ireland-based permanent role with a leading high-tech facilities provider.

You will design security packages for data centres, coordinate with architects, handle client RFIs, and review drawings, specs, and timelines to close gaps and optimize cost. A degree in design with electrical trade experience is required.

Electrical trade experience.
Strong background in design / degree qualified.

Responsibilities

Will largely be working on the Security Package.
Design remit will cover Access Control/Video Control, CCTV/Intruder Alert/ANPR.
Coordinate with the Architect.
Responsible for RFPs from a client.
Review drawings, specs, timelines, gaps in design and value engineering.

What You’ll Do

Will largely be working on all the Security Package.
Design Remit will cover Access Control/Video Control, CCTV/Intruder Alert/ANPR – any security related on DC building.
Havily coordinate with the Architect.
Will be responsible for RFP (Req for Purchase) from a client.
Review drawings / specs / timelines / review gaps in design / review cost value engineering.
