Responsibilities

• Manage service and repair requests through the full lifecycle.
• Provide professional customer-focused technical support.
• Deliver service within SLAs in-house and on-site.
• Prepare repair quotations and maintain records in ERP.
• Ensure safety, calibration, and quality in workshop.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service for seamless service.
