Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a maintenance professional to join our facilities team in Ireland. You will coordinate with the FM group to schedule and complete planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, maintaining building services knowledge including HVAC and electrical systems.

You will log tasks in CMMS, support projects, and promote on-site health and safety. A full driving licence and EU right to work are essential.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the EU is required.
• Qualified in electrical trade or related certification.
• Full driving licence is required for site visits.
• Experience in maintaining commercial environments and hard services.
• Knowledge of building services installations including HVAC and electrical systems.
• CMMS/CAFM experience with SAP/Maximo/PEMAC is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Facilities Manager and teams to schedule PPMs, sub-contractor works, and reactive tasks.
• Assist FM team with progress reports and reporting data.
• Manage planned maintenance schedules and resources for each site.
• Log and update maintenance tasks in CMMS and maintain hard copy records.
• Support short & long term projects as needed.
• Maintain building lighting systems and replace fittings/lamps as required.
• Report to facilities team and escalate issues when needed.
• Promote a proactive health & safety approach on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with Facilities Manager, Assistant FM & Hard services Co-ordinator to schedule self-delivery PPM’s Sub-Contractor PPM’s & reactive works.
• Assisting FM Team prepare progress reports and provide information for reporting
• Work with the FM team to manage planned maintenance schedules & resources for each building under facilities team remit
• Logging & updating site maintenance related tasks on CMMS & keeping of hardcopy file back-up off maintenance records
• Provide support in the implementation of short & long term projects as required
• Maintenance of building lighting system including replacement of fittings and lamps on an ongoing basis
• Report to and take direction from building facilities team whilst resolving issues at site & escalating when needed

Ideal Candidate

• Must have Right to Work in the EU
• Qualified in Electrical trade
• Full Driving Licence as the role will require working on different sites
