Job summary

FRONTIER FORCE TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD is seeking an Experienced Quantity Surveyor (Electrical Focus) to support commercial and contract administration for M&E infrastructure projects. The role collaborates with the project delivery team, contracts team, consultants, subcontractors, and management to drive project costing, progress claims, variation orders, and commercial documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma/degree in Electrical engineering or QS-related field, with at least 3 years of

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying related field.
SISV certification is a plus.
Experience with Electrical M&E / MEP packages is preferred.

Responsibilities

Budget, cost plans, and cost reports for Electrical M&E works.
Take-off from SLDs, layouts, and ELV drawings for tendering and variation.
Prepare progress claims, VO submissions, final accounts, and commercial docs.
Review electrical subcontractor quotations and progress payments against site progress.
Track costs, identify risks, and report cost impacts to project leadership.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on contractual matters.
Maintain records of claims, contracts, drawings, and cost substantiation.
Support project close-out and final account settlements for electrical trades.
