The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S to optimize QA processes, with focus on industry standards and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and standards.
• Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and KPI development.
• Experience with internal audits, corrective/preventive actions, and compliance documentation.
• Familiarity with calibration systems, test plans, and quality documentation.
• Attention to detail – critical for identifying defects and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Quality Management System (QMS) oversight and maintenance in accordance with SOPs.
• Assist development of project-specific QA work procedures and ITPs.
• Hold Quality Induction Workshops to promote project QA requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and project management teams.
