Job summary

Fohntech Group seeks an experienced Quality Inspector for a Belgium project. The role covers QA inspections, audits, and documentation control across ISO 9000/2000 and ISO 14001 standards. A rotation plan is available and the project duration is two years.

Ideal candidates will have a mechanical bias qualification and 3+ years on-site QA experience, with proficiency in MS Office and strong reporting skills. Pharma sector exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Third level or professional qualification with a mechanical bias.
• 3+ years experience with the quality walk-down process on site.
• 3+ years experience in QA inspections on large scale construction sites.
• Experience in completing inspections and forms per approved site ITPs.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent work and personal ethics including trustworthiness and empathy.
• Confident, creative and energetic approach to addressing quality issues.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Pharma industry experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage, implement and maintain ISO 9000/2000 and ISO 14001.
• Develop quality plans, manuals, documents and systems.
• Ensure client QA standards and procedures are submitted, approved and implemented on time.
• Complete audits and advise management on QA issues.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with client, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain documentation and certification prior to handover.
• Ensure documentation and QA/QC procedures are standardised and integrated into the QA/QC Manual.
