Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead a large-scale data centre electrical package in Berlin, Germany. You will work with site management and delivery teams to oversee electrical construction throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an Electrical Project Manager or senior site-based role, with data centre project experience and familiarity with main/general

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree or relevant trade background.
• 5+ years of experience as Electrical Project Manager or senior site-based role.
• Data Centre project experience essential.
• Main Contractor / General Contractor experience advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction, project delivery and site coordination.
• EU Passport or eligibility to work in Germany essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall electrical project delivery, ensuring milestones and programme targets are achieved.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, site teams, and project stakeholders to maintain progress and resolve issues.
• Monitor project performance, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Lead site coordination, progress, and client meetings, providing regular updates on project status.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to resolve construction, technical, and programme issues.
• Oversee electrical QA/QC, health & safety, commercial progress, snagging, and handover activities.

Electrical Project Manager – Berlin, Germany

Electrical Project Manager required to join one of Europe’s leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a large-scale Data Centre project in Berlin, Germany. The successful candidate will work closely with the site management and project delivery teams to oversee electrical construction activities across the project lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to join a major international contractor delivering high-profile data centre projects across Europe.
