Job summary

Ardale Recruitment seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Construction Manager in the Dublin region to lead electrical installations on healthcare, commercial, retail and industrial construction projects.

You will manage client accounts as the main point of contact, oversee day-to-day site activities, and ensure quality and safety standards while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3rd level electrical qualification essential.
• Electrical trade background advantageous.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in a similar role is essential.
• Experience managing electrical projects is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management.

We are currently recruiting for a top tier electrical contractor in the Dublin region for an experienced Electrical PM or Construction Manager to lead Electrical installations on a variety Healthcare, Commercial, Retail and Industrial construction projects. Managing Client accounts, you will be the main point of contact for clients on relevant projects. These jobs range from €1m - €5M including new build and refits. Job Description As an Electrical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in project implementation and execution. Projects range from Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial, Renewables to Residential. Your Responsibilities will include: Responsible for day to day site management. Overall responsibility for project team, labour control and coordination. Liaise with key project stakeholders on a regular basis. Maintenance of quality and health and safety standards in line with internal procedures. Commercially focused Proven record delivering Electrical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget. Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L. Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team. Skills and Requirements Relevant 3rd Level Electrical Qualification essential. Electrical trade background would be advantageous. Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role is essential. Experience of managing Electrical projects a distinct advantage. Excellent delegation and organisational skills.
