Job summary

Ward Personnel in Dublin is seeking an Electrical Package Manager to lead multi-discipline electrical delivery on complex projects. The role is permanent and based on site in Dublin, with oversight of planning, design coordination and commissioning.

You will manage design team information, ensure MEP deliverables meet safety and quality standards, and collaborate with subcontractors and the wider project team to drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level degree or higher.
• 8+ years' experience, preferably with a main contractor.
• Previous project experience on construction or civil engineering projects preferred (Residential, Commercial, Pharma and Data Centres).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all phases of the Electrical services project delivery cycle, from pre-construction and planning through construction, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate design team information and details in time for project delivery activities.
• Ensure the implementation of MEP deliverables on the project.
• Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest standard of safety.
• Inspect all installation works against the agreed, approved quality plan.
• Monitor programmes and review installation progress of MEP services.
• Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors and the wider project team.
