Ideal candidates have proven experience in electrical or industrial maintenance, with knowledge of motors, control panels, sensors and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Carrying out electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
• Proven experience in electrical or industrial maintenance with knowledge of motors, control panels, sensors and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics; strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; experience in manufacturing or food production is an advantage.

Moyvalley Meats are currently seeking to recruit 1 Electrical Maintenance Technician for full-time work at Tandragee, Broadford, Co. Kildare.

Role Description:

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of production machinery and equipment to minimise downtime and ensure efficient and safe operations. Candidates should have proven experience in electrical or industrial maintenance, with knowledge of industrial machinery, motors, control panels, sensors, and electrical systems. The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment would be an advantage.

Other Details:

• Minimum annual remuneration: €41,600
• Standard working week 40 hours.
