Vickerstock is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join its fast-paced 24/7 food manufacturing site in Longford. You will perform mechanical breakdown maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and ensure production equipment runs reliably.

The role operates on a 4-cycle continental shift pattern with days and nights, and offers a negotiable salary plus pension, health insurance and 25 days annual leave.

Qualificações

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical maintenance and fault-finding skills.
• Experience with planned and preventative maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to mechanical breakdowns across the production line.
• Carry out planned and preventative mechanical maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and repair mechanical equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and address issues.
• Maintain production machinery and associated equipment.
• Minimise downtime with Production.
• Maintain maintenance records and handover sheets.
• Support engineering improvements and audits.
