Aureol Global Connections is recruiting for an Electrical Fitter on behalf of Woodfab Timber Limited in Tinnakilly Upper, Aughrim, Co. Wicklow, Ireland.

The role covers installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical systems across automated production equipment, including conveyors, motors, drives, hydraulics and pneumatics. Expect fault-finding on PLC-controlled machinery and maintenance of 3-phase motor circuits and variable speed drives.

Job Description

Aureol Global Connections is hiring for Electrical Fitters on behalf of Woodfab Timber Limited Tinnakilly Upper, Aughrim, Co. Wicklow, Ireland Y14 H593. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining equipment in a manufacturing, timber processing, or industrial environment. As an Electrical Fitter, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems across automated production equipment, including conveyors, motors, drives, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Duties include fault-finding on PLC-controlled machinery, maintaining 3-phase motor circuits and variable speed drives, carrying out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs, and interpreting electrical schematics and engineering drawings to diagnose faults. You will also support continuous production by ensuring all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company safety procedures and maintenance standards. This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €36,605-€40,000.
