Job summary

Arcadis invites applications for a Summer Internship Electrical Engineer within our Electrical & Instrumentation team. Spend 10–12 weeks gaining hands-on experience on innovative projects in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and industrial sectors, under the guidance of experienced engineers and project managers.

You will work on electrical power systems, instrumentation design, commissioning, and construction support, developing both technical and professional skills in a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrates resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing electrical power distribution systems and building services.
• Produce electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
• Contribute to design calculations including cable sizing and lighting studies.
• Support short-circuit, protection coordination, and arc flash studies.
• Assist with project documentation and site surveys.
