Job summary

Cpl Group is recruiting for an Electrical Engineer / Electrical Designer in Charleville, Co. Cork. Join a growing Irish firm delivering electrical, instrumentation, controls and automation solutions for water, wastewater and industrial sectors.

You will work with a skilled engineering team on large-scale projects, with responsibilities across design, installation and commissioning, and you may progress to senior or project leadership roles as you gain experience.

Qualifications

Experience in electrical engineering design and/or project engineering.
Ability to design or lead teams on large-scale projects.
Experience with instrumentation and control systems.
Knowledge of controls and automation.
Electrical installation and site-based experience.
Preparation and interpretation of P&IDs.
Testing and commissioning of electrical and control systems.
Experience on water and wastewater projects.
Experience in pharmaceutical or wider industrial sectors.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.

Responsibilities

Contribute to design, installation and commissioning of electrical, instrumentation, controls and automation systems.
Potential to own projects and lead engineering teams depending on experience.
Collaborate within a skilled team to deliver large-scale projects on time and to specification.
