Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the Central Engineering team in Ireland. The role focuses on high‑value data centre, pharmaceutical, life sciences and industrial projects, supporting electrical delivery from design through to construction and handover.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams, review designs for compliance and constructability, and provide on‑site technical support across major Irish and international

Responsibilities

• Support electrical design packages from design through procurement and construction.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Review designs for technical compliance, constructability and value engineering.
• Coordinate Electrical interfaces with CSA and Mechanical disciplines.
• Support design programmes, approvals and procurement activities.
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress and quality.
• Manage RFIs, design changes and technical documentation.
• Prepare handover documentation and technical submittals.
• Provide technical support to construction teams.

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the Central Engineering team of a leading European construction and engineering organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value data centre, pharmaceutical, life sciences and industrial projects, supporting electrical delivery from design through to construction and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support electrical design packages from design through procurement and construction
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Review designs for technical compliance, constructability and value engineering
• Coordinate Electrical interfaces with CSA and Mechanical disciplines
• Support design programmes, approvals and procurement activities

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ post-graduate experience
• Experience in Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Industrial sectors
• Strong design, technical and construction knowledge
• Experience coordinating teams and attending design meetings
• Good knowledge of BIM, Revit and design software
• Strong communication and organisational skills
