Job summary

TLI Group Ltd is seeking an Electrical Crew Lead/UG MV-LV PICW to join our Underground Networks - New Connections team in Dublin and surrounding regions. This senior role offers the chance to work on large-scale housing and commercial ESB projects with a focus on safety and quality.

You will lead crews, coordinate with project engineers, and ensure efficient delivery while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

Qualifications

• Level 6 electrical qualification required or equivalent.
• Prefer UG MV/LV ESB PICW approval or 2 years on ESB UG Network.
• Valid Safepass and full Irish driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on New Connections works.
• Ensure safety, ESB standards, procedures and permits are followed.
• Coordinate daily activities with project engineers and ESB personnel.
• Verify materials, permits, drawings and traffic management before works.
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure scope and risks are understood.
• Record LV/MV terminations and labelling in ArcGIS daily.
• Monitor quality and keep works within specifications.
• Maintain reinstatement and housekeeping on site.
• Identify issues affecting programme, safety or ESB operations.
• Liaise with customers, builders, subcontractors and ESB reps.
• Mentor newer operatives and support planning of upcoming works.
