ADSS is recruiting Electrical Apprentices to join our team in Limerick. We offer roles for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year apprentices with no prior experience required for the 1st year, and opportunities to progress while gaining hands-on experience on CCTV, intruder alarms and access control projects.

The roles are site-based, involve travel to customer locations, and company transport is provided. ADSS welcomes enthusiastic individuals ready to learn and grow in the electrical industry.

Full Job Description

ADSS is currently recruiting Electrical Apprentices to join our team in the Limerick area.

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals at different stages of their electrical apprenticeship, including candidates with no previous experience who are interested in starting a career in the electrical industry.

The successful candidates will gain valuable hands‑on experience working alongside experienced electricians and technicians across a range of electrical and electronic security projects, including CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems.

These are site‑based roles involving travel to various customer locations. Company transport will be provided.

Positions Available

1st Year Electrical Apprentice – No Experience Required

• No previous electrical or construction experience necessary.
• Genuine interest in starting an electrical apprenticeship.
• Willingness to learn and develop practical skills.
• Reliable, punctual and motivated.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

2nd or 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice

• Currently undertaking a recognised electrical apprenticeship.
• Previous practical experience in electrical installations.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safe working practices.
• Willingness to develop skills in electronic security systems.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
