Job summary

H&F Electrical Contractors Ltd is seeking2nd to 4th year Electrical Apprentices for Cork projects. You will join experienced site teams and build practical experience across commercial and industrial electrical installations.

Ideal candidates are SOLAS‑registered apprentices in their 2nd–4th year, with Safe Pass/Manual Handling and strong communication and teamwork skills, ready to advance toward finishing their apprenticeship in a leading Irish electrical contractor.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with SOLAS as an Electrical Apprentice.
• Currently in 2nd, 3rd or 4th year of electrical apprenticeship.
• Relevant practical electrical experience appropriate to their stage of apprenticeship.

Job description

H&F Electrical Contractors Ltd is seeking applications from 2nd to 4th year Electrical Apprentices for projects based in Cork.

This is an excellent opportunity for apprentices who are currently progressing through their electrical apprenticeship to further develop their skills and experience while working on diverse commercial and industrial projects with one of Ireland's leading electrical contractors.

The successful candidates will work as part of experienced site teams and gain further practical experience across a broad range of electrical installations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Currently registered with SOLAS as an Electrical Apprentice
• Currently in 2nd, 3rd or 4th year of their electrical apprenticeship
• Relevant practical electrical experience appropriate to their stage of apprenticeship
• Previous experience on commercial and/or industrial sites would be advantageous
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Right to work in the Republic of Ireland

A full driving licence and additional tickets such as MEWP or Working at Heights would be advantageous.

The successful candidates will be motivated and reliable individuals who are keen to continue developing their technical skills and progress towards completing their electrical apprenticeship.
