The role requires a BS/BA in Health and Safety and extensive EHS experience within pharma/biotech, with focus on hazard controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• BS/BA in Health and Safety or related field.
• Extensive experience in an EHS role within pharma/biotech.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and monitor EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Draft and roll out procedures and training materials and ensure adherence.
• Participate in safety reviews and close action items with follow-up.
• Identify EHS issues and address employee concerns.
• Perform risk assessments (chemical, biological, machinery, area) and recommend controls.
