Job summary

PSC Biotech currently seeks an EHS professional to develop and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs within pharmaceutical operations in Ireland. You will drive compliance with legislation, implement robust training, and lead incident investigations.

The role requires 3–5 years of EHS experience in pharma, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across sites. A permanent contract is offered with opportunities for cross-site exposure.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Health and Safety or related field required.
• 3–5 years' experience in an EHS role within pharma or related industries.
• Knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety legislation for pharma facilities in Ireland/Europe.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor EHS programs to comply with regulations and company standards.
• Lead development and rollout of safe operating procedures and training materials.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments and follow up with CAPA to close actions.
• Coordinate internal EHS audits and drive corrective actions to ensure audit readiness.
