Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to oversee health and safety on a live healthcare refurbishment project in Longford. You will maintain EHS standards, conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with Irish health and safety legislation.

Work closely with site management and subcontractors to coordinate safe methods of work, review RAMS, promote a strong safety culture, and maintain EHS documentation and reporting throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in an EHS Advisor role within construction.
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EHS standards and ensure compliance with Irish health and safety legislation.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Review RAMS and implement appropriate safety measures.
• Work closely with site management, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure safe coordination of works within a live healthcare facility.
• Maintain EHS documentation, reporting and promote a strong safety culture.
