Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide general support to the Health and Safety Manager.
• Ensure site personnel comply with safety requirements.
• Implement and maintain the Safety Management System.
• Undertake site inspections and audits and report findings.
• Identify training needs and reporting requirements.
• Deliver Health and Safety inductions.
• Deliver and attend weekly toolbox talks.
• Organise and chair Safety Meetings.
• Review subcontractors' Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Assist with accident and incident investigations.
• Submit weekly reports.
• Carry out daily site walks and report findings.
• Advise on Safe Plans of Action.
