Job summary

Bon Secours Health System in Ireland seeks an EHR Stabilisation and Optimisation Manager to lead stabilisation, optimisation and operational-excellence initiatives across live BonsConnect sites, initially Limerick and Tralee, reporting to the IT Programme Director. You will develop project charters, coordinate workshops and establish a governance framework to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, information technology, business, project management or a related discipline.
• Recognised project management qualification or equivalent experience, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean or graduate certificate in project management.
• Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management, business, technology, informatics or project/change management.
• Clinical, operational, health informatics, revenue cycle or service improvement qualification/background.

Responsibilities

• Lead stabilisation and optimisation initiatives for live BonsConnect sites, initial focus on Limerick and Tralee.
• Develop project charters/plans, identify owners, milestones, risks and governance.
• Establish an Operational Excellence Forum for live sites and drive benefits realisation.
• Define stabilisation framework, training needs, handover to BAU and lessons learned backlog.
• Prepare concise status reports for governance forums and maintain RAID/change/benefits artifacts.

Education

Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, information technology, business, project management or a related discipline
