Job summary

UPMC Ireland is implementing the Cúram Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across its Ireland operations. The junior analyst role focuses on data preparation, entry, validation, testing, and documentation within the Materials Management Pharmacy workstream.

Ideal candidates are pharmacy technicians with strong attention to detail and experience with drug catalogues and item information. The role requires accuracy and independent work, with training provided by senior team members.

Qualifications

• Qualification as a pharmacy technician or equivalent relevant pharmacy education and experience.
• High attention to detail and the ability to identify missing, inconsistent, or duplicate information.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.

Responsibilities

• Help with general EHR build activities under the direction of senior analysts and the Workstream Lead.
• Enter, update, and maintain pharmacy and materials management data in approved build tools and templates.
• Support creation and maintenance of drug stock records and item master data.
• Apply naming conventions and data standards consistently across records.
• Complete high-volume data entry accurately within deadlines.
• Identify data quality concerns and escalate issues when required.
