Job summary

Collins Aerospace Shannon, County Clare, Ireland, is seeking a Site Environmental, Health & Safety Lead to guide EH&S compliance and drive continuous improvement at the Shannon site. You will work with site leadership to embed safety and environmental responsibility into daily operations.

The role focuses on risk assessment, incident investigations, training, and delivering actions to reach a hazard-free workplace, while building capability and measuring performance across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field.
• Seven+ years of relevant EH&S experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Irish and EU EH&S regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S compliance and culture across the Shannon site.
• Manage risk assessments and implement practical controls and improvements.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Deliver EH&S training and provide performance insights to site leadership.
• Coordinate with facilities and stakeholders to maintain safe working conditions.
