Job summary

Collins Aerospace, RTX, Shannon, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to optimise performance at the repair station. You will lead a team of Supervisors, drive accountability and foster a culture of safety, quality, delivery and cost control.

You will develop production plans, monitor KPIs, and champion continuous improvement under the CORE program, working with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable gains and shape the site's future strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in production or operations management in aerospace, manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing operational teams.
• Strong experience delivering continuous improvement within manufacturing, production or repair environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt would be advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, hands-on leadership across the repair operation and build a high-performance culture.
• Develop production plans and drive accountability for on-time delivery, quality and cost.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and champion CORE program.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet site targets and customer commitments.
• Shape the Shannon operation’s future through strategic input and capacity planning.
