Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Shannon, Ireland, is seeking an Onsite Operations Lead to optimise performance at the after-market site. You will shape a safe, compliant operation and lead a team of supervisors to meet targets in safety, quality, delivery and cost.

You will develop people, drive Lean and continuous improvement, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable service for customers while shaping the site's future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 8+ years in aerospace/regulated operations.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams and driving results.
• Strong Lean and continuous improvement knowledge with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the repair operation team with accountability and collaboration.
• Deliver on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement targets.
• Develop production plans and analyse KPIs to identify risks and improvements.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and CI methods.
• Ensure compliance with Part 145 and approved maintenance data.
