Job summary

Vibes & Scribes on Bridge Street, Ireland, seeks a full-time E-commerce Assistant to manage online shop listings and orders. The role requires accurate data entry, image updates, and strong customer service in a busy retail environment.

You will pack and ship orders, respond to inquiries, and support general admin tasks. The position is in-person, permanent, with weekend work and €14.50–€15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced shop.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Update and manage product listings and inventory on our online shop (add new products, update descriptions, and images).
• Process orders and update order status in the system.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email or other channels in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to the online shop.
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping accurately and efficiently.
