Job summary

Coolmine Therapeutic Community in Ireland is seeking an Early Years Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operation of the early years setting, lead and support staff, and ensure high-quality learning experiences.

The role includes maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, fostering positive relationships with families, and promoting the wellbeing and development of every child, with a 35-hour work week and potential out-of-hours work; salary €42,169–€46,592 depending on experience

Job description

Hours: 35 hours per week. Some out of hours work may be required.

Salary: €42,169 – €46,592 – Depending on Relevant Experience and Qualification Level on the NFQ Scale.

Purpose: The purpose of the Early Years Team Leader is to oversee the day‑day operation of the early years setting, leading and supporting staff to provide high-quality learning experiences, maintain compliance with policies and regulations, foster positive relationships with families, and promote the wellbeing and development of every child.
