Job summary

Respond Housing Association is seeking an Early Years’ Service Manager for its Ard Mor, Tallaght service. The role is on-site, term-time, permanent with 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will lead a play-based curriculum aligned with Síolta and Aistear, guiding staff and supporting children's development in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to high-quality education and care.

Qualifications

• A FETAC Level 7 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education is essential.
• A number of years of experience in an Early Years setting is essential.
• A minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement a high quality play based curriculum under Aistear and Síolta.
• Guide, observe, stimulate and supervise children in a safe and caring environment.
• Provide ongoing support to staff and participate in reviews and evaluations.
