Job summary

NeoDyne is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (E&I) to join our Power Generation team, supporting the delivery of power generation systems on large-scale data centre projects. The role is based at our Dublin Office and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will coordinate multiple contractors in a fast-paced construction environment, contributing to a PeopleFirst culture built on respect and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrical/Instrumentation tradesperson with relevant qualification.
• Experience supervising E&I installation works in construction/industrial environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installations comply with drawings, RAMS, vendor requirements and project standards.
• Supervise E&I installation of standby generator systems and associated equipment on data centre projects.
• Oversee LV power & control cabling, containment, earthing, control panels, instrumentation and field devices.
• Coordinate E&I interfaces between generators, switchgear, control systems and fuel systems.
• Coordinate E&I subcontractors to meet programme and safety requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging/punch-list close-out.
• Support E&I testing and commissioning, including cable testing and loop checks.
• Maintain accurate site records, inspections, test documentation and as-built information.
