Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is recruiting a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, customise and maintain Dynamics 365 platforms for clients. The role collaborates with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure a seamless CRM experience and real business value.

You will implement customisations, workflows and plugins, build integrations via REST APIs and Azure services, and help secure data while aligning with governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET; experience with REST APIs and Azure Services.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and data migration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement customisations and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).
• Configure entities, forms, views, business process flows and dashboards.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows and Power Automate flows.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications using APIs and middleware tools.
• Maintain and enhance system functionality based on evolving business needs.
• Participate in solution design sessions and contribute to system architecture.
• Ensure system security, data integrity and compliance with company policies.
